Epcot's Italy Pavilion
Hooray! An authentic pizzeria will be added to Epcot’s Italy Pavilion. According to this article, water will be imported from a source where the composition most resembles water used in Naples, Italy, to make the authentic Italian dough. If you’ve never been to Italy, you may not understand… if you have, you know exactly what I am talking about.
